We understand that sometimes schedules need to change. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to make the time available for other clients.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 2 hours notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule you in order to avoid inconveniencing other clients. This will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and charged accordingly.
We have a limited number of appointments available, especially for our specialty services. Cancellation fees allow us to recover costs of reserved staffing and ensure all clients receive the timely, quality experience they deserve.
